The Goodhue County Child & Family Collaborative is an integrated children's mental health and family services collaborative.  We are a partnership of schools, social services, public health, corrections, community non-profits and mental health providers that is committed to working on the complex issues that affect children and families. Our mission is to work in partnership to build strong families and resilient children.
